BLDCOM Construction emphasizes safety in all aspects of our work. We believe that safety awareness and the application of a safety program starts at the corporate administration level and then is spread through the ranks. Our intense commitment to the safety of our employees and those of our subcontractors and clients is evident in many ways.
To maintain our vigilance, our safety program is managed through a safety meeting system held in both the home office and at all of our job sites. All our supervisors, foremen and management members are OSHA accredited. We include all subcontractors at our on-site safety meetings, and each site has a BLDCOM Construction employee who is dedicated to site safety. For all of our projects, we have developed a work assessment system that includes a daily work review meeting, task assessment reports, and daily work activity reports, which include the specific safety checklist of a given activity in a given area. These reports are critical, and the activity report must be reviewed at the daily meeting and signed off by the Linwood Construction superintendent and subcontractors involved.
Our safety plan is typically tailored to the specify project and clients special need BLDCOM Construction has an extremely positive working relationship and, as a result, they have become accustomed to the elevated emphasis on safety at our projects.
